Brilliant blogs done for you.

How can blogs help my business?

Blogging is a powerful tool for businesses to have in their marketing toolbox.

Well-crafted blogs reflect your business tone of voice, connect with your audience, help build trust and loyalty and convert customers.

Blogging also can help your business be seen as an authority in your industry, can increase traffic to your website and boost your SEO.

In fact, businesses that blog get 55% more visitors than businesses that don’t, and 67% more leads. On top of that, blogging produces three times more leads than traditional marketing and costs 62% less.

But the challenge for most business owners and marketers is that they simply don’t have time to write.

That’s where I come in.

I’ve been blogging for over a decade, and I’d love to help your business build out their beautiful blog.

My blogging packages are recommended for:

  • marketing managers or business owners
  • businesses 3 + years old
  • businesses with an annual turnover of $100k +

Who is Rachel Beaney?

Rachel Beaney is a digital marketing specialist who has been in the game for over a decade. She’s passionate about helping businesses feel in control of their marketing, through content that clearly reflects their business goals.

She’s worked with companies of all sizes: from small businesses all the way up to big names like Microsoft, Samsung, Network Ten, Riot Games and more. She would love to help your business create content that meets your goals.

I engaged Rachel to write a specialist subject blog for a client and was over the moon with what was delivered. Rachel really understood the brief and I could tell she had thoroughly researched the subject to write a piece that not only matched the brand’s tone of voice and existing content but was engaging and comprehensive too. I wouldn’t hesitate to get Rachel on board to write more content!

How does blog content creation work?

Before writing a word for your business, we sit down and find out about your business goals: whether it’s building trust, community, driving traffic or conversion (or a mix of all of them!). We chat about who your audience is and what they need to know about your business to encourage them to buy.

Here’s how it works with a typical client:

Step 1: Consultation

The first stage is a consultation: this is to establish which audiences you’re targeting and what your business goals are.

If you’ve got a tone-of-voice document, a content plan, proposed topics or keywords you’d love to have included to help with Google Search rankings, this is where we want to see it.

Step 2: Content Creation

Once we’ve confirmed the topics you’d like to cover, I draft the blog posts two weeks before publication.

You will have a full week to review draft content and I will have one week to incorporate changes.

Two rounds of revisions are included in every blog post.

Step 3: Delivery

Once content is approved by your team, we can send the content over to your web developer, marketing team, or we publish the post for you.

Done and dusted. Now, you can spend your time on big picture thinking. Let me help you make it happen.

Why work with Rachel?

Here’s what a typical blogging package includes:

Research: Creating your blogs will include research about your industry or topic which might, in some cases, include things like interviewing your customers or staff to create rich, detailed content.

SEO love: We ensure your blog has the keywords you need, using the phrases your audience uses, with meta-titles and meta-descriptions included.

Media-rich: We can use images you own or have created, stock images you’ve purchased or we have access to best-in-class creative commons libraries. If you provide a video, we’re happy to incorporate that too.

We’re local: We’re Aussie. We know that local expressions, tone of voice and phrases matter – and not just for SEO. That means that at the end of the day, you won’t look like a flamin’ galah.

Like clockwork: For most clients, we run on a monthly schedule, which means that by the 15th of the month, we’ve created all of the next month’s content. You’ve got a week to review it, then we schedule it. Simple.

Full approvals: Nothing goes out until you approve it. We give a full week for you to review the blog to give feedback, with two rounds of revisions included in every blog post.

Posted for you: We’ve got experience with most blogging platforms, so we can optionally also post the blogs for you, or send them to your web developer in a copy-deck format.
