A social media audit will let you know if you’re on the right track.

What is a social media audit?

A social media audit is an assessment of your social media channels. Is your content designed as effectively as it could be? Are you making the most of all the functionality of each social channel? Is your content helping meet your business goals?

An independent social media audit can help you see your social media channels from an outsider’s perspective to help you look at the bigger picture of your social media marketing.

With 33% of Australians looking at a brand’s social media accounts before deciding to buy – shouldn’t you put your best foot forward?

Recommended for:

  • marketing managers, social media managers or business owners
  • businesses 3 + years old
  • businesses with an annual turnover of $100k +

How does a social media audit work?

We consult with you to find out about your business goals, audience and industry.

We review your social media channels based on social media best practise and the objectives you’re looking to meet, and provide a beautiful collated report on what’s working and your opportunities.

Step 1: Consultation

The first stage is a consultation: this is to establish which social media channels you have, which audiences you’re targeting and what your business goals are. If you have specific things you’d like to learn from the audit, here’s where we want to find out about it!

Step 2: The audit

We review your social media channels, assessing a set period of time such as the previous month.  We provide recommendations for opportunities you may wish to take advantage of. A personalised audit takes between 2-4 weeks to complete.

Step 3: Delivery

The completed audit will be emailed to you, and we can jump on a call to chat through any questions you’ve got.
